Distilled from 100% Golden Delicious apples from Clear Creek’s own orchards and aged for 2 years in Limousin Oak barrels.

The two year Apple eau de vie is a complex, entrancing spirit that will please the Calvados and Cognac enthusiast. The spirits retains the fresh, bright character of the apple, but develops complexity from the oak. 

You can serve it neat or apply it to many traditional recipes – deglazing a pan-fried steak, soaking a fruitcake, stabilizing a sorbet, in dandy apple brandy cocktails like a Jack Rose, and wherever “applejack” is called for.  Great in a wintertime toddy too.

THE POMME POME

  • One sugar cube
  • 1 oz (30ml) Clear Creek Apple Brandy
  • 3 Dashes of Scrappy's Orange Bitters
  • Dry sparkling wine, very chilled
  • Garnish - Orange twist (optional)

Place the sugar cube in a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and soak it with the bitters. Pour in just enough apple brandy to wet all of the cube without drowning it. Stir to dissolve the sugar and top with chilled sparkling wine of choice. Finally, garnish with twist if desired.
